All orders are shipped from our studio in Romania (EU), via trusted courier services.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During product launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Romania: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and we are not liable for courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
We offer tracked shipping only.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import fees or taxes imposed by local authorities.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will investigate and assist with a resolution.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
