You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@antagonistperfume.com with your order number and reason for return.
Conditions for Return

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Opened perfumes and personalized products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations (Art. 16(e) and (c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
