All orders are processed within 1 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.
In-store pickup is currently unavailable.
International shipping is available to most countries (exceptions may apply due to postal conflicts or restrictions).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. Antagonist Perfume is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.
If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@antagonistperfume.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
Refund Policy
At this time, we do not accept refunds or returns. Antagonist Perfume personally inspects, filters, packages, and disinfects each bottle before shipment to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Please note that once your parcel is handed over to the shipping provider, Antagonist Perfume is not responsible for any potential loss, damage, or additional customs fees, taxes, or delays that may occur during transit.
